The wheel end is EZ but keep together as I use a BIG LONG screw driver as a holder to keep the axle from spinning then trying to loosen the nuts on the diff side. the diff side you need a thin wrench and try to get full movement w/o rounding the nuts. Sometimes better to get from the TOP side. I had a local NAPA(had a small shop behind) swap out the Ujoints which I supplied. GMB japan 15-22$ is a cheaper brand but the USA made units are VERY GOOD ,about 40$ per U joint. I have spare halfshafts and just swap out the whole shaft when a u joint goes bad. replace U joint when $ and time permits later Quote Link to comment
