Looking for WPL312 info

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone,

I've come across a '63 wpl312 wagon that I'm hoping to buy in the very near future. But for now I'm trying to get some research and info about that model. Does any know of a .pdf FSM some where online. What is the frame based off of? Is it 320 based but 4 lug? Or is it like the 310/310 frame?

Thanks for any help,

Mark

No idea about these early wagons though someone in the Ratsun brains trust should know.

BTW, welcome, hope you enjoy the ride.

P.s. if you get a chance, post some pics of the goon, it's a great way to introduce yourself to this pic whoring community :)

Don't let the kiwi drag you into his dingo-rape cave.

to post pics you need to start a photo sharing client account like Photobucket, upload the pics to the client, copy the IMG code from said client and paste it into your ratsun topic.

you need 25 posts to post in the classifieds.

Datsunmike is very helpful and patient but is getting tired of redbanner's shit.

A little bit of rot starting on the rockers in the rear in front of rear wheels, a decent bit of rot behind right rear wheel. Thats about it though.

I haven't seen it personally yet, my buddy was down there taking a ton of pics for me. Probably in the next few weeks I'm going to get down to LA to pick it up.

Congratulations!  I would grab that in an instant if I didn't have "enough" old Datsun / Nissan [and an Infiniti] to more than fill my time.  Learn to cut, weld and grind and this will look better than the day it was sold!

P.S. get a 13 PSI Stant radiator cap!  A good Japanese brand beer can on the end of that radiator overflow tube can't hurt either!  I know, Coke bottles work [lets not commit the sin of an Iced Tea bottle], but unless they are Japanese market ones with the appropriate Katakana lable, why waste your time.  If not authentic, then time frame correct.
