Ordered squeegees and they came DAMAGED

I ordered window squeegees from atomboys on ebay. And they came damaged and bent. I am so upset about this. If anyone orders something, Get insurance on it...

How were they packaged? A tube package would have been best, if they used a cardboard box without any reinforcement it should be on the seller.

They were in a tube with nothing inside. No bubble wrap or anything. The end was about to fall off Nd both sides said may received damaged..

How long ago did this happen ? 

 

if this happened with in 45 days, contact seller and tell him your not happy and why and that you want a refund. If he disagree's, file a complaint with pay pal. Keep us informed with a update. 

 

Seller is responsible for packing, not you.

It happened Friday. And I contacted him and he said he'd send me another one and I asked if he's sent it and stuff And he hasn't replied.

And I tried to upload a pic but I don't know how

give him a couple of days to respond. Then email him again and if he doesn't respond, file a claim with pay pal. Hope it works out for you.
