Tie Rod End doesn't fit....

Hello,

My tie rod ends were shot on my 521, with the passenger side being the worst, so I ordered it from Rock Auto and no issues.  I have since gone on to the driver side, and I have ordered 2 from autozone, one from O'Reily's and now just got one from Rock Auto and none of them fit! It's like they are all cast just a hair too small.  I can thread onto rod one turn, but nothing after!  Any thoughts?

Thanks, Ben

To answer the above questions:  I don't know about the metric / SAE question.  By the condition of the tie rod ends, I believe all parts were original. Both parts were so frozen that I had to use a blowtorch to get them off.   I just find it strange that the passenger side end (moog) went right on but the driver side won't (also moog) they have the same part# just a L and H designating each side.  Also, the part in question is the centerlink rod with the tie rod ends on each end.
