Does anyone know where I can find a pair of polyurethane tension bushings for my 71' 510? (front strut suspension)

Besides the above post, you're going to want rubber bushings of your TC rods. Poly is too stiff for that area and will cause failure where the rods meet the frame. You can strengthen that area by welding in plates, but just buy rubber ones... Easier and cheaper.

Its not the pocket that fails with poly bushings its the tc rod snaps when you run them.

That's what i did on my 620. Haven't broken one yet. 

 

I drilled about 20 small holes around the diameter of the bushing to alleviate stress.

Might as well just go with rubber at that point unless you will be hitting the track, at which point you will def want to beef up that area as it is under some decent load and 40 years old.
