Does anyone know where I can find a pair of polyurethane tension bushings for my 71' 510? (front strut suspension)

Besides the above post, you're going to want rubber bushings of your TC rods. Poly is too stiff for that area and will cause failure where the rods meet the frame. You can strengthen that area by welding in plates, but just buy rubber ones... Easier and cheaper.

and you can drill out the urethane TC bushings, to relieve the stress

 

That's what i did on my 620. Haven't broken one yet. 

 

I drilled about 20 small holes around the diameter of the bushing to alleviate stress.
