wayno
Keep your stock exhaust manifold, it is better than any header you can buy, and will last forever. I have been running headers on my 521 work truck for over 15 years, I average about 3 years between issues, and it seems like I need a new header about every 5-6 years, but I live in the pacific northwest and drive it daily. datzenmike
I'm looking for bolt on ready short or long tube headers. Anyone? Here they are... pssssssst....... it's the one on the right. That's right Nissan made them already. Perfect fit, never come loose, never leak, never rust away, easy to install, cheap and quiet. Other than weight, name one other thing that a header can do that a $15 stock exhaust manifold can't. Link to comment
crackerjack69
I'd pay $15 all day for pre smog exhaust mani's. That's an excellent deal, about 50% off usual price. Why run a header when Nissan already produced a damn fine stock mani? Try getting an aftermarket header for the same price as a stock manifold. And if you do, have fun with your exhaust leaks :D Link to comment
datzenmike
In some cases they are already on the car and all you have to do to enjoy them is.... nothing. Link to comment
crackerjack69
My truck came with a longtube header. I only kept it on because it was rusty and charming. And it weren't broken. Link to comment
