Wanted: 520 fuel filter assembly, handbrake cables

Looks like my 520 is meant to have a glass type filter on the left side of the engine compartment, the metal fuel line has a screw collar. Anyone got one of these housings, just one of the many things missing from the truck, thankyou!

 

 

also, please tell me is there anywhere that sells parking brake cables and are they the same as anything else EG 521?

On the rare chance that you could find one in Sussex, the 410 and 411 sedans used the same glass bowl and "rag bag" filter assembly. When you get one, tighten the #11 thumb wheel just enough to compress the #8 gasket otherwise you will eventually distort the pot metal body flange where the gasket lies. That leak would be very difficult to fix since you really can't pound pot metal back into a flat state. Good luck!
