CameronT
Hey there ratsun! Having electrical issues with my 620 l20b my cigarette lighter, and stereo went out on me one day after I messed with the dome light. My dome light wouldn't turn off one day so I pulled the bulb and about 2 months later thought I'd try it again, but to my surprise I saw a lot of sparks, so I pulled it out and tried again (that was a bad idea), now I have no power to the stereo that was installed to the middle console on the floor, and cig lighter. My question for you guys is: are there hidden fuses, or did I mess up the wiring? No fuses are blown on the fuse panel either. Quote Link to comment
MicroMachinery
Even though it may look like your fuse isn't blown, replace anyway. Also, check the connections at or around the fuse block. Quote Link to comment
DanielC
How do you know the fuses are good. The glass tube fuses can be bad, and look good. Use a test light to check for power on both ends of the fuse, and into the wire beyond the fuses. Quote Link to comment
Z-train
Get a can of "De-oxit' and hose the fuse box with it. Quote Link to comment
CameronT
I took an electrical tester to all the fuses and there fine, but the radio is after market I'm sure, and i am not sure how it's wired in... De oxit, is that at any auto store? Quote Link to comment
