jser12 Posted October 1, 2012 Report Share Posted October 1, 2012 So i know that most 13" rims don't fit onto the 280zx front brakes. The only exception that I know of is diamond racing wheels and some others are easy to fit by either putting on a spacer or grinding down some of the caliper. Does anyone know it 13" SSR MKIII's or MKII's fit over the brake kit or will I need to grind the caliper. Thanks for the help guys Quote Link to comment
Dime Dave Posted October 1, 2012 Report Share Posted October 1, 2012 You can fit the original 13x7 ARE Libres or 13x7 VTO Retro 4's over 280ZX brakes if you grind the ears on the mounting bracket . Just the bracket, the caliper doesn't need modification. Here is the VTO Retro 4 installed on a 280ZX strut (longer studs are required for proper fit).. Quote Link to comment
