spudly13 Posted September 13, 2012 Report Share Posted September 13, 2012 Both motors are no good, l16 has a broken piston and ka has a broken rod, other then that let me know if you need any parts off them! there basically complete l16- 40$ ka24e- 40$ Also have an automatic tranny for a ka, 120k on it, torch converter and flexplate as well, 50$ Edit and im in stanwood wa 3606313898 Link to comment

datzenmike Posted October 27, 2012 Report Share Posted October 27, 2012 Well this is even better as any 6 bolt automatic flex plate from '75 to about '80 on an L20B or Z20 cars and from '75 to mid '82 L20B and Z22 trucks I gave this info on your post about the flexplate. The 6 bolt flexplates are different for the locking torque converter introduced in '81-ish. The much later KA motors used a different automatic altogether. The L16/18 motors were 5 bolt.
