Most people run side drafts after the conversion. I believe xsessive motorsports makes a manifold for it. Quote Link to comment

None of the KAs were carbed. But the KA24E on the D-21 had a throttle body that looked like a four bbl sort of. The last carb on a truck was '86.5 and about '83 on some Sentra or something.
