datzenmike
First of all you're getting a new direct replacement carb from Redline?. It will have all the necessary adapter plates and parts including, (I think) a Weber air filter. All those hoses can be chucked if you are not keeping the air pump. Seal off where the exhaust leaks out. Quote Link to comment
Dguy210
Pretty easy swap, I did have to remove the EGR on the intake manifold to get the Weber to clear, yours may clear without removal depending on the adapter though. I believe in an early post you had already removed it to show a caked up passage, so just block that off. Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Just clean and plug the EGR hole on the intake with JB weld. Quote Link to comment
Meticulous
Just clean and plug the EGR hole on the intake with JB weld. good idea i was thinkin to myself man it would look tacky with just a plate. it might be ratty but i still like things to look clean! Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Use a paint scraper to trowel it in flat. Sand down if needed. Because JB flows a bit before hardening you may have to use two coats to fully fill the hole. Then grind down flush and/or sand it smooth. 1 Quote Link to comment
