slayer510
does any one know how a 15x8 plus20 offset would fit in 510 2d with 280zx struts in the front? thanks. Quote Link to comment
INDY510
. Maybe with a 25mm spacer or bigger ,,,, streched tires,, mad camber .... flares, or a mild roll/pull Quote Link to comment
slayer510
so what would the proper offset be for a 15x8 be? Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
Im thinking buy some wheels that are know to fit, thats just cutting it too close Even if the wheels are free it to much work to look right Quote Link to comment
rusty12ver
Maybe buy a 195-50-15 and test fit it? I liked how Indy fit 8's with a +10 offset in the back of his 4door. Quote Link to comment
INDY510
. That was a 16x8 +10 or +12 with 215/40/16's ..... and mad camber: ... . still rubs on the 4dr "bump" Those wheels don't fit 280zx struts ... . I've heard of people running 15x8 +0 on 280zx struts and even needing a small spacer sometimes ...... but you'd be running alot of negative camber front and rear,, with streched tires,, rolled/pulled fenders 510's are more fun with 14x6 front and 14x7 rear, even 15x7 fronts feel too big, , , 16x8's were a joke Quote Link to comment
slayer510
i guess i,ll look into some 15x7's,sure did like the x8's i was looking at.so what would be the proper off for x7's ,280zx strurs, stock fenders? thanks for the help. Quote Link to comment
INDY510
. 15x7 0mm to +12mm depending on your desired camber / ride-height / tire -size ... . the rear wheel sizes vary by inches depending on camber Quote Link to comment
