Str8_69
Not enough info.. How far did you lower it? Are your shocks any good, and what kind? What size wheels/tires? how close is it to the bump stops without a load on it? Oh, and where are the OICS? Quote Link to comment

The torsion bars will cause rebound no matter what's bottoming out. Your job now is to determine whether it's the bumpstops or the shocks. Bottoming out shocks is a noisy, possibly dangerous thing~ at the least you'll be ruining the shocks; if they're gas-charged you could hear a rather loud noise if they fail, and might even take out a tire or brake line in the process. This shouldn't happen under normal circumstances provided you haven't cut down/removed the bumpstop. If you have then either modify the shock mounts to compensate, or retrofit shocks are in order. When you do find some shocks that are shorter, make sure they provide at least an inch of travel beyond full bottoming~ this compensates for bumpstop compression if you hit a really bad bump, rut, or chuck hole...
