Bolt torque Specs for L16 motor??

none available in my area at the moment. All i need is headbolt, cam and crank bolt specs

 

Headbolts

Tighten in this order..

 

R A D

7 8

3 4

1 2

5 6

9 10... to 20 ft lbs, start over again at 1 and torque to 40, start over again at 1 and torque to 60 ft lbs. Bolts and block threads scrupulously clean and drop of oil on the top of washer.

 

Cam retaining bolt on front sprocket?.................... 87-116 ft lbs.

 

Crank bolts? you mean main bearing caps?........ 33-40 ft lbs

Dont forget that the head bolts with the o around the hex head are higher torque than the ones without
