Aluminum is a metal that work hardens. It can be bent, very few times, and if bent too far, even once it tends to break.

It is also susceptible to breaking just from vibration.

What I am getting at, aluminum tube is not really a good choice to carry fuel.

Most auto parts stores carry different sizes and lengths of steel line, already flared, and it is pretty inexpensive.

I would hate to see a 510 go up in flames.

ive used aluminum plenty for fuel at all the shops ive been at. just make sure it is soft mounted yet secure and if u go from one surface to another that is bushing mounted u need a flex line inbetween. keeping it from having any twisting or flexing and ull be fine. just be over cautious with routing.

I would also stay away from aluminum. Not only does it work harden, as mentioned, but aluminum is not very compatible with ethanol which is in just about every blend of fuel we use now. Steel line can be had at the auto parts store at about $1 a foot. 25ft roll is $25 and should be more than enough for your needs.
