Or you have a 100amp alternator in there. getting over 14.5 volts I would be watching it not to boil out the water in the battery. Get a solid state volt reg if your is a external volt reg.Thats just my opinion. Quote Link to comment
josh817 Posted December 13, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 13, 2011 I did replace both cables. The load tester loaded down the alternator quite a bit. Alternator is internally regulated. Everything seems to be fine. Haven't had a cold day to really see what happens. In Texas, we drive on our roofs. Not even right hand drive, you mad? Quote Link to comment
