Distributor 30$ You can see the tinging on the windshield on Driver's side, wouldn't be too noticeable if you have stock or higher seats, my seats are super low and it just barely annoys me. datzenmike Posted February 20, 2011 Report Share Posted February 20, 2011 well it fit a l16??? It will fit any L series motor 4 or 6 cylinder. Even the LD28 diesel. What's the length of this trans? It's an FS5W71B and is 31.5" long. Additionally, this tranny, a '79, is much wider ratio than the '77-'78 and the 280z car 5 speeds and has a much lower first gear. This is to offset the '79s 4.11 rear end ratio. 1 Link to comment
