sdsurf
My L20b has the u67 but I got a 210 head for nothing. Which would be best? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The U-67 has larger ports and valves and the cam will have a bit 'more' than the 210 head. For comparisons go here: http://www.the620.com/html/tech/head_ID_2.htm Quote Link to comment
allen dodson
Its not a peanut chamber but it was taken off a 510 parts car i dragged home. It looks fresh. The only thing i kept were the 5 speed and this head. I bought it from a hispanic that barley spoke english for a 50 dollar bill. The damn engine wasnt mounted in it, all loose and stuff. Whats it worth? Quote Link to comment
BACARDI_DWB
just go to marvins back yard and throw a bouncy ball. the first three heads it hits you find the cleanest head out of those 3. go for the peanut head!! or try to grab the open deck ported one that is in Marvins truck right now. that thing screams nicely. Guest DatsuNoob
Does anyone know about the FIA group 2 heads? How about those 16 valve heads from Japan? The latter would probably be nearly impossible to hunt down, but which year would I be after if I wanted a later model FIA group 2 head. I hear they're even better than the SSS head, by utilizing a smaller intake valve and a larger exhaust valve, they increase intake swirl velocity. Curious if anyone has one and/or how I'd go about locating one. Quote Link to comment
datsunaholic
The FIA heads need FIA manifolds (unlike standard L-heads, the port positions and bolt holes are not in the same place). They were not sold on ANY production car. They were a race-app head. I've seen one or 2 on eBay in the last 9 years. The LZ heads (Nissan-competition DOHC L-series heads) were only built for factory-supported race teams, very few if any ever made it into general circulation. Quote Link to comment

I believe they were flow through heads too. Good for over 200 normally asperated hp at 10,500. Quote Link to comment
