Icehouse
Has anyone had that problem? HAHA Mine does for some reason. I didn't realize why until I had some duct tape I used to hold the door in defrost mode, I had the door down because my window was clear. When I turned the heater on it sucked the tape that was hanging down into the heater...WTF! It's a Bluebird heater box which looks the same as a 68 and since mine was messed up I just swapped an NOS core I had in and hooked up the wires. The plug fit and all seemed fine until I turned it on in the car and noticed it's sucking air instead of blowing it..... Which wouldn't be such a big deal if it wasn't freezing cold out! How am I supposed to daily drive the gobstopper car if I have to be moving to defrost my window. It's almost as bad as a VW bug! Quote Link to comment
INDY510
. My electric fans on the radiator will spin backwards if the wires are backwards..... . . but that might hurt your NOS fan Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
JDM are positive ground.???Swap the wires, it's a DC motor and will run the other way if you reverse polarity. Quote Link to comment
datsun65
I used to own a 64 Datsun that originally was positive ground, but I switched the car over to negative ground. Same thing happened, the fan ran in reverse. Try swapping the wires? Quote Link to comment
Icehouse
Yeah I know I can reverse the wires just thought it was kinda odd that using all factory crap and it's doing that... Weird... Quote Link to comment
