yes just the handle with bar. i dont think the handle comes off the bar. mine snapped off and now it's not easy to set the brake.

thanks 420n620 for the early style handle. unfortunately the one i got from you has pins with c-clips to install. the one on my 71 521 looks to have some sort of pressed pin that i can't get apart. my bad i thought they were all the same. i'd take a pic of the one i need but my camera is down. "cant read sd card" crap.

 

looks like i need the whole assembly with bracket.
