Center Support Bearing Bushing UPDATE

Well thanks for all the help and advise. I found some belting off a machine at work.... It was about a half an inch thick... Cut it into strips about 1.5 inches wide and long enough to wrap around the bearing, cut it approximatley every 1/2 of an inch so it would flex nicely. I cleaned the metal and applied a thin layer of the adhesive. wraped it, taped it to keep it in place. After it dried I applied a second coat of the sticky stuff and wrapped the belting and retaped. It fit perfectly!!!! When I put it in the bracket it had 1/4 of an inch of space... So when tightened down it is tight and squished the new bushing!!! Now the driveline is well supported and will not flop around at all!!!!! It was hella easy!!! I HOPE THAT IT HOLDS UP!!!

When I can figure out how to post some pics I will get them up.
