Graphics / Vinyl help

I know there are a couple of guys on here who do sign graphics. I need a few items done and would like to find a Ratsun'er to give the business to.

 

I need some lettering in another language (appox 3.5" - 4" high), and a couple of large (appox 12" x 12") geometric items.

 

I'd like to paint these graphics on, so what I'm seeking is a reverse template in removable vinyl. Is there such a thing?

 

The project is mildly stealth at this point, PM me and I'll give you specifics.

Or a local (larger chain) craft store has those machines, too. My wife is a card-carrying member at both JoAnn and Michaels.

Never heard of such a thing, I'll have to check it out. I'm not much of a TV guy, or a crafts guy for that matter...
