datzenmike Posted May 2, 2010 Report Share Posted May 2, 2010 Are you sure it's an L18??? Check the flat spot behind the dip stick handle. The motor size is stamped there. Two things.... One.. The W58 head was used on L20B motors usually from '78 on. (could have been swapped) Two... it has a matchbox dizzy on it. (could have been swapped I guess, but would have been on any '79 and up L20B motor too. Three... some emission stuff has been mismatched from possible motor swap. Link to comment
