FoxyRoadster
I bought this bike for 500 bucks, only thing it needs is new fork seals and the seat redone. Its an 81 Kawasaki KZ440 My plan is to make my own seat, make the tank a cafe style tank, and new handle bars. Not a whole lot to make it look good I'd say. Quote Link to comment
elmerfudpucker
That brings back memories, I used to have a Yamaha RD400, Man that thing was fun!! and it was 2 stroke! :D Quote Link to comment
FoxyRoadster
Saddly is 4 stroke and it's frame causes an issue with most cafe racer parts, so going to have to make my own seat pretty much anyways. My plan is to take an old bike gas tank, cut it in half for my rear section of the seat, plus it will create a little storage compartment. I've got the glow in the dark paint that glows kawasaki green, thinking I'm going to paint the bike the rising sun design but make it glow blue and green at night. Like some sorta ghost japanese racing bike lol. I'm saving my pennies for building an Kawasaki H1 racer someday soon. But lol can't beat 500 dollars for a perfectly fine working motorcycle, plus its all profit on making it a cafe racer. :D Quote Link to comment

FoxyRoadster
Well this one isnt really sporty with the power but it at least has 40hp, I'm quite pleased with it and think it will be awesome looking and such as a cafe racer. Sounds really good. Quote Link to comment
