Also I wouldn't trust the hood latch. my hood was flexing so much from freeway wind what I had to use bumpers AND hood pins. Quote Link to comment
nismo dr Posted November 23, 2009 Report Share Posted November 23, 2009 (edited) I would think it has to do with stress, but if your trying to reduce weight with a CF hood getting rid of the cable/latch etc. just makes sense.
