SU's on a 620

There's a L series manifold with 2 SU carbs out of a roadster on Ebay. (He says carbs need rebuilt) Would these work on my 73 620? I know it wouldn't make a race car out of it,but just for the cool factor. Worth it? Problems?

Depends on how much they want for it..besides ever tried to tune a multi-carb setup? they r somewhat of a pain,but once you figure it out you got cool factor!!:D

They don't want a lot,but they need rebuilt. I was wondering about vacuum lines and things like that. i really don't know anything about SU's or carbs in general. Probabaly not a good idea for me. I just bid the minimum.

That is cheap not a bad score,it dosen't look like the linkage is on it,but don'1 worry a setup like that usally gos for like 100-200 depending you could resell it!!:D

I say if you get them you can learn to rebuild carbs with them and maybe learn to tune them!!!!:D:D:Dor sell them to me!!!!

Whoever got that got a killer deal. A rare find to get the mani alone for $30 but with 2 dome tops!!!! Your lucky I didnt see that sooner I would have bought it for $100.

did you see the corosion on the slides??? 30 bucks seems like a good price for those now you have "Cool Factor" for your shelf

Still a good deal. I think they would have cleaned up just fine. Manifold alone.....
