MicroMachinery
Does anybody have a solution to a leaking heater valve, other than buying a new one? Mine has developed a small leak out of the actuator seal. Thanks Quote Link to comment
jesusno2
I got rid of the one in my 510 just put a straight hose. The damn heater don't work good enough to acutually need to cool it off lol! Quote Link to comment
hang_510
another $0.05  http://www.510coop.com/heater/ Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The 720 inline looks like this: http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q251/datzenmike/720%20stuff/720stuff028Large.jpg[/img]"] Simple as shit. The hoses are stiff enough to hold it in place when pulling the valve open. Small enough to fit your back pocket. Quote Link to comment
motavated
Maybe you can integrate this 1995 4runner one? Quote Link to comment
72wagun
One more possible option:D We've got an '85 Vanagon that I've been fixing up. Well I ended up having problems of my own with the heater in my 510, and decided a Vanagon valve looked pretty simple. It has the same 5/8" connections as the stock unit, but it's a straight through instead of being angled like the 510. I bought a new one (about $10), but haven't had time to put everything back together yet. If get one, order the FRONT valve. The back is different. Quote Link to comment
