datzenmike Posted July 25, 2009 Report Share Posted July 25, 2009 The cylinder and piston can be removed from the caliper plate and squeezed in a vice... but then you risk damaging the cylinder/piston anyway. That's if you get a re-build kit. Somebody's used ones are ok but should be rebuilt. Don't fuck with the brakes! It's the biggest most important safety system in your car. Get new caliper assys. You live near Japan.. what do they have for 510s? BTW the '73-'76 610 sedan/wagon use the same caliper assy. for L and R :41100 22001 Quote Link to comment
