It took me about a block to get up that fast.. speedo doesnt jive with the butt dyno though. It said 50, then stopped climbing. Probably something to do with the HB 5 speed. I'd say it is every bit as fast as my Deville with the Northstar in it though(butt dyno opinion).:rolleyes: Quote Link to comment
SHADY280 Posted August 12, 2007 Author Report Share Posted August 12, 2007 i dont need to spank honduhs, thats what the 280zx os for, and its for scaring the mustangs! the truck is just for the cool factor, the 5 speed is just gonna go in becuase the trucks tranny 2nd gear is pooched. that and the cruising high speed. i wanna pin that needle. i really need to instal my tach, this L18 doesnt stop pulling until the valves float, so it would be nice to get some stiffer valve springs! i have a funny feeling that someone along the way modded the motor a bit.
