Thanks Thomas I have the exact same manual. Bought it when got the truck. I was looking at the same page you showed where it gives the color codes

on coils. With the BR and Wl on intake and BW and R on exhaust. Just didn't show positive and negative on drawing. Guess the BR would be positive side

the way it shows a curly Q on that side and straight line on negative side of drawing. Thanks for the pics where the wires go. Have to say your manual looks

a little more worn than mine. It Doesn't show anywhere in the manual about positive or negative on the coils. This is what mine were on when I bought it.It probably doesn't matter cause It doesn't show anywhere and if you look at the picture and it shows the inside of coils which to me means,it doesn't matter.I have been using  Auto Zone coils, lifetime warranty, you can take them back anytime, they don't test them like a starter or alternator.Just the out side front of my manual is worn.

  2. Here is the 4WD switch. On page TF-3 in the 85 Nissan Service manual.I just got my flash light and found it.Get a 19 mm or a 3/4 inch open wrench end and take it off.I just put the wrenches on it.To get to it.Where the drive shaft from the front comes into the transfer case. The is a opening there to get your wrench on it.Also it is below the emergency brake cable adjuster.Easy to get to.Use a flash light.May have to go thru the side to get the 2 wires off of it.

  5. Orielly's has the fusible link wire with the O rings connected to them.Take your's with you and match them up.Get connectors for the other side. I have a brand new  fusible link, but I am keeping it.

  6. Their are Nissan sites on facebook that have used fusible links for sale.Do you want me find you one?Does this look like your's?You may have to use your metal piece if it won't have one.

  7. Yeah,my wife's car also had corrosion on the negative cable with the jell.Got it off and used the spray. From what I read online,it says that if your getting corrosion on your negative side means your alternator is under charging and over charging if the positive side is getting corrosion.I will just have to check them so often. Both are under the terminals where you can't see it unless you remove them and turn it over. That corrosion effected both vehicles. So if you having electrical issues, first check under your terminals.

  8. Take them and get  rebalanced, have the weights put on the inside of the rims, then clean up where they were.Balancing on the outside will ruin your rims.Look ugly too. Here are mine. Also mine are black and that would piss me off if they put them on the outside, mess up the paint.I remind them everytime I take to get balanced.Same as my wife's rims. Her's are chrome.

That's only for the cars like the large Ford (or other makes). Otherwise they don't move. I have a VW Passat SEL Premium, and it doesn't move.

    Don

My wife's Lincoln has 2 settings for the seats and mirrors. When you turn engine off seats go all the way back and steering moves forward. Her car also has 6 C.D.player,Heating and air for both people in front.A cord in the truck in case someone locks you in there.Back seats fold down in case you want to pull something in there that is long.Has code on the door to unlock.A lincoln is a Ford. You push the unlock button on the key fob for about 4 seconds and all the windows, including the moon roof  will open.Put key in driver side door hole and turn it left and they all close.Battery is in truck.
