Will the parts from my 72 240z fit into a 75 280z without mods??

All glass should fit (coupe to coupe).
280z is going to be 350-400+ lbs more than your 240z

The rear bumper mounts might have to be cut off or modified to fit 240z type !? I can't really say. Same with the front.
The grill and turn signals will be much different.
280z structure is thicker. Better for v8 swaps.

tail-lights dont swap (obviously).
Front turn signal valances "might" be able to be adapted , i'm not sure. don't see why not. don't know if it would look funny.
Steering wheel, and horn button's are different as well.
I imagine seat belts are different.
The whole interior is different ( lets just say that lol )
