Just buy a '98 and up D21 or '91 and up S13/14 240zx cheap. The D21 has a shorter transmission so the shifter location may be better in a 521 with bench seat, but the 240sx EFI harness is separate and easily removed not like the D21. A remanufactured engine/transmission won't give you the EFI wiring you need.
