If you don't care to use the relay you can make a short jumper wire and connect the accessory Blue wire (L in the diagram) to the White/Black wire. This will give you power to the pump when the ignition is ON.

It is actually already bypassed and is connected to a toggle switch. It works fine. But I would prefer if the pump shut off own its own if the engine dies unexpectedly. Thanks for the quick response
