Uh... no. The PL521 was an L series engine. The '80 A10 had changed from L to Z series that year. You would need an '80-'81 A10 (HL510) 4 or optional dogleg 5 speed for a fit.

If you can find a 26" 'Shorty' 5 speed from a later 2wd 720 that would fit for length and engine fitment. May have to mod the transmission mount. The longer 31.5" 71B 2wd 4 or 5 speed from the 720 truck with Z20/22/24 series engine and the 5 speed from the '80-'83 S110 200sx will bolt up but the dive shaft will need to be shortened about 5.5" and the mount modded. I say 2wd because 4x4 have no speedometer drive.

The F4W63 was used with J, L and Z series engines. It has two piece construction. A tail shaft and a front case holding all the gears and the bolt pattern for the engine it is mounted to. If you have the '80 transmission you could swap all the interior parts from the 521 4 speed into it.
