Beer Snob
Does anyone have a specific MG model that they use at the auto parts store for cross referencing purpose? I need an intake/exhaust gasket for my J15 but not sure what of part#, or what vehicle to tell the guy behind the counter. Didn't mean to start a whole new thread on this as it's been discussed a lot, it just seems like it always ends with vague conversation. If not, I'll just guess by what the picture on the computer at NAPA looks like and compare it to the old one till I get it right. Thanks all🍻 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The gasket for the J13 manifolds is Nissan # 14035-13200. I bet the J15 uses the same head. Try that at NAPA, they can often take a car makers part number and find a match to after market parts. Quote Link to comment

Stoffregen Motorsports
MGB is the car most likely to get you the right parts. There are two basic eras for MGB, early and late (I think 1974 was the cutoff) but most gaskets are the same between them. Quote Link to comment
