datzenmike
Closest thing would be a mid sump often called a front sump oil pan from cars that also had Z series engines. That would be the '80-'82 HLA10 or later 510 and the '80-'81 Z20E and '82-'83 Z22 in the S110 200sx. This will give you a pan that fits the Z24 and is oriented to be parallel to the road surface. There should be clearance at the rear of the pan for the steering linkages and some clearance at the front for the cross member. It's probably not going to clear the 510 front cross member perfectly, but it's a starting point. Quote Link to comment
Lockleaf
I currently have a z22 in my 71 510 wagon. When i was working on that, there was a lot of discussion on my thread about how it would be fine to run an L series 510 oil pan. It would be slightly tilted but had been done and worked fine. So that is one option. I didnt like that option. So I modified the 2wd z22 pan from a 720. You can check out my build thread "Half Pint" in my signature if you want to see what I did. datzenmike
It will work but it's like driving with the right side wheels up on the curb. About 18 degrees. Quote Link to comment
