paradoxx
I guess all of these mods are the easy ones, for example, for the seats you can always find almost any solution, like a flanch atatched to the car seat support and drilled for the bimmer seat. Quote Link to comment
datrod
I put 240Z seats in the 510 wagon, Not to hard just had to make a little bracket for the back of the seat. I have also put the recaro seats from a bimmer in my 240Z that was a bitch. Can't get to the back bolts very well in a Z car. The 510 should be an easy one for you. Here are the seats I just picked up today. FREEEEEE. out of a honda prelude. Edited December 4, 2008 by datrod Quote Link to comment

Would 280Z seat belts work in the 510? well, if they're actual recaros, just pull the brackets off and mod them or try to reuse the 510 ones if they're just bmw sport seats, you may be in for a lot more work i think you need seatbelts from a sedan datsun, not a zcar Quote Link to comment

The recaros should be a no brainer, Like you said just use the stock 510 bracket. The recaros in the Z car Edited December 4, 2008 by datrod Quote Link to comment

qwik510
Are your seats like these? This car belongs to Julian. He is the editor of the Dime Quarterly. His pics are here. http://datsun510.com/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=3459&ppuser=152 I am sure he can tell you what was involved in mounting them. There is a writeup on his car is the latest issue of the Dime Quarterly too. http://dimequarterly.tierranet.com/images/dq/dq_9_3_header.jpg Quote Link to comment
