Custom Air Cleaner?

Is there a air cleaner available for the Hitachi Carburetor that is basically a bottom piece, air filter and top piece like this that somehow can be configured to replace the original air cleaner on the standard L16/L18/L20 engines?

 

 

I've plugged off all the extraneous air vacuum lines and the carb seems to run fine without them hooked up. (whatever they do I don't know)

That looks like a good set-up for side draft carbs but I'm looking for one that will replace the stock air filter assemble and bolt onto this style of downdraft carburetor. (Don't pay any attention to the finger, that was for another issue)

I have the stock unit sprayed down with Easy Off Oven Cleaner to get her cleaned up to install for now....

 

Easy Off Oven Cleaner, my favorite degreaser...

 

(Just don't use it on anything with important paint or polished aluminum)

you could probably get one from advance or oreily's and drill holes to make it mount up pretty easily.
