if you didn't break the ear off the pivot body, you should be able to tap the broken one out with a punch and hammer. Put the head of the stud into/over a socket that it just barely fits into so that it will support the casting when you tap on the bolt. You can either find another stud, or JB weld another same thread/same size bolt back into the hole.

 

This thread doesn't have any pics specificly showing how to get the stud out, but you'll see what the stud looks like.
