Argh!! AC Vent retrofit?!? Why can't I find it??

I have searched and searched. Maybe I need to take the short bus to work tomorrow. Can anyone point me in the direction of the tutorial thread on swapping out the 510 AC vents with modern options?!? 350z, 2005 ford mistang, etc... I'm going insane googling to no end!

There once was a how to on this very site.....but they are not AC vents, they're just air vents, unless you have the under dash AC unit.

Nope.  I downloaded that bad boy this morning and read it this afternoon.  Damn that magazine was beneficial.  I'm so happy they posted them online for us on the inter webs to play with.

Yea that is what got me back to being more focused on the 510 was that so much of the info in print was placed on the net now. Also the technology has changed so much since back in the late 90s.

No kidding! And, now we have a good amount of reproduction parts that are helping.  Not all of it is quality, but there are at least options.
