ltd999
Hey, I had to replace the head gasket on my 120y, so I brought a gasket, just the graphite ones. Just about to work on it, but saw it has a little oring that I have to fit. I looked it up and it sais to fit it on the block. But there is no where it can go? I know it fits into block as seen here http://datsun1200.com/modules/myalbum/photo.php?lid=24735 But all the holes are too big...and the only other one is just an indent next to the thinner bolt hole. Any help would be great Thanks Quote Link to comment
G-Duax
I'm no A-series guy, but this may be of some help: http://community.ratsun.net/topic/63301-oil-head-circuit-a14-a12/ Quote Link to comment
ltd999
Cool thanks for that. I'm put it on anyway because I think it might be for other models, and the hole its meant to go in is filled in. Having another problem now of it not starting. Sounds like there is no life it's just turning over. Spark plugs are in, heads tight, rocker gear is tight. But I did use rocker gear off the second hand head that I put on it, maybe they need adjusting. Quote Link to comment
