Datsun 510 Rear Coilover valve adjustments adjustments

Hello guys, I have some rear coilovers that ive never messed with the dampening valves top and bottom on them. When driving the car, the ride is very stiff. I'm unsure how to adjust the the valve knobs, whether it be going stiff or soft. The car doesn't have much suspension travel. Did you buy and install these?

 

Probably the spring is too stiff. What spring rate did you select for it? What's the front spring rate?

if there are numbers on them typically a larger number is stiffer smaller number is softer
