Ryan Family 510
Did a bit of searching. But did not see a replacement idea for just the cap and housing. Ours leaks a bunch of gas. It keeps us from filling it up, about a half tank is all we put in it. Maybe a 1-way valve of some sort? Anyway, wondering what has worked for others and maybe what to stay away from. Roz
I had the same issue. After it kept leaking with a replacement cap, I just doubled up the rubber gasket on the new cap by using the old gasket under the new one, and it hasn't leaked since. Quote Link to comment

Did creepy's idea on mine and love it. Can actually go through round abouts without getting fuel leaking down the side of the car. And can put the handle in and let it run to the top. Only problem I have, is I can't fill mine up all the way. Need to reseal my gas tank. First time I filled her all the way to the top I was getting some fuel seepage out of the top where the fuel pump was welded in at. Quote Link to comment
