datzenmike
I haven't seen any slave other than the 3/4". Same with the masters. The earlier B-210 for the 4 speed is an exact match also. The unique thing about the A series (4 speed) transmissions is that the clutch arm is on the driver's side. I'm sure other slaves would easily bolt up if flipped over, but the bleeder will be on the bottom below the inlet flex line. If they both have the same thread maybe swap the bleeder and the flex line? Right side slaves are pretty much the same other than the location of the inlet flex line. Trucks are in the end so there is room for the torsion bar. Cars tend to be on the side. Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Yeah I guess I did say 'same with the masters'. 5/8" would be better. 1 Quote Link to comment
angelmanuel
thanks fo rthe info guys. this is not for a datsun tranny. the one i intend to use says it needs a 3/4 master. or the other option i have is to adapt a datsun slave cylinder and see if it works. does anyone know which slave cylinder has the longes travel? datzenmike
A 5/8" master normally moves a 3/4" about 1.18". This is the common use for most Datsun 4 and 5 speeds. Quote Link to comment
