datzenmike
The '80-'81 S110 200sx with Z20E used an H-165 axle. A slight upgrade. The '82-'83 S110 200sx with Z22E used an H-190 axle. A better choice for a KA motor. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
H165 is a huge upgrade over the H150. Plenty of guys using them with 175 HP motors. And more LSD support than the H190. If you are drag racing or burnout competing, go with the H190. Quote Link to comment
TerribleOne
Whats the width on the '82-'83 S110 200sx H-190 axle? I'm in the same boat, looking for something better than the H150 in my B210. Quote Link to comment

About a half inch-ish on each side, I think. It is longer, but not a ton. It fits under the 210. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
210 rear is about 2" wider than a B210. Quote Link to comment
79B310
Ok were talking about putting the rear of a 510 in a B310 correct, not a B210... Isn't the B210 FWD??? I'm just asking b4 I get very confused that's all Sorry guyz Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The B210 and the later 210 (B310) are RWD The 310 (N10) is FWD Quote Link to comment
floyd17
Question! Isn't the h190 in the s110 the same ratio as the h150 in the b310? Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Question! Isn't the h190 in the s110 the same ratio as the h150 in the b310? Which ratio in the B310? It came with 3.545, 3.700 or 3.889. It will be listed on the engine compartment aluminum plate (unless it is a 1979). Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
S110 H-190 came with 3.545 for 5 speeds and 3.70 for automatics. Quote Link to comment
floyd17
Most b310's had a 3.545 or a 3.700. What's the difference in the two rear ends and the h165 and what makes them better? Mine is the 1981 with a 3.700 h150 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
H-150 (150mm) has a 5.91" ring gear H-165 (165mm) has a 6.50" ring gear The larger the diameter, the thicker (stronger)you can make the teeth on it. They would also have larger axles and bearings. Quote Link to comment
