The answer is no in both cases, though with a welder and/or a lot of fiberglas and bondo filler you could MAKE it fit. It'd neither look good nor be particularly functional, but it would probably turn out about as well as when I grafted an AMT Trans-Am front end onto a Revell Ford Bronco when I was 12 (those being plastic models).
