Fender not lining up

Having a problem lining up the fender. I tried loosing the bolt but just spins and spins anybody ever experience this?

That really sucks man.  Your paint looks real good and what I think you have to do would be okay if primered and or paint in an okay condition. I think what you need to do is get something behind the head of that bolt.  Maybe something stiff that would allow you to put some pressure on it while you reversed the bolt.  Seems to me that the threads are just not catching and need alittle help there. Mine actually broke off trying to remove it and ended up drilling it out and so on.  It was a hassle.

Try some vice grips then if that doesn't work drill. To me that gap looks correct though

I was seeing the same thing on my too i think that's how they came from the factory old cars never line up good like the new ones

Maybe you should tweek the lower hinge if it really bothers you.

Its weird because the drivers side fit perfect

sheet metal screw at an angle pulls it tight.

 

ive never seen a true fix for it, its a bad rust area,
