I been on my search for a flex thru rear window. Aka butterfly windows. I wish they still make them. But i hear its fairly easy to make?

Maybe on a 720 since the back cab is pretty much all window

I've only seen one in person & it was in 1985. Never seen one since. 

 

EDIT: someone here recently had one for sale & said it was made of tempered glass not lexan. I don't see how that is possible but I've been wrong before :blush:

I believe there's a split in the center.

A company named Levan made them, but no more. Very hard to come by one for sale..

WOW 1985 heretic.  Now thats a long time.  I have never seen one in person.  Only pictures online.

 

Seen two ever for sale.

One was on ebay for $800 (typical ebay price)

Other was on this forum for $300 (not sure if it sold)

 

Although both were for a 620 and not a 720.

Yup thats the window. My friend picked one up for a 1000. Its very rare. I think the company that made those windows only made it for mini trucks toyotas,nissans...etc. but herd the company went out of business. My friend was lucky to find one. but 1000 dollars nvm. i have a buddy who is a auto glass installer. Think ill ask him he knows how to make one. ill get back to you guys if he can make one.

I believe that tempered glass one was on 'hinges' that popped the whole glass out/away from the frame....no flexing
