Laotsu is a tortured young soul who is clearly struggling with life's basics. Going through puberty is tough sometimes and clearly the hormonal changes he is currently experiencing are taking their toll on the poor darling. Anyway, Laotsu's way of trying to make fun of Ratwagon is making him come off as stupid. I can think of all kinds of insults for an Australian that would actually make sense...
